Return Policy for Bulk Orders
This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased in bulk. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.
1. Quality Issues
We are committed to sourcing high-quality products from our suppliers. However, we recognise that occasional defects may occur. In such instances, the following policies apply:
1.1 Products Damaged on Arrival
- Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect all items immediately.
- If any products are damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 3 working days from the delivery time by contacting us at orders@pop-specs.com. Include your order number, item number, and photographs of the damaged products.
- After verifying the damage, we will process a return and issue a credit for the cost of the affected frames.
1.2 Quality Warranty
- We provide a six-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
2. Non-Quality Issues
To ensure cost-efficiency for all customers, we encourage mindful ordering. Returns for non-quality issues are subject to the following terms:
- Returns of non-faulty items are only accepted for original stock frames provided by our headquarters, and only within two months of opening a new kiosk.
- A 10% handling fee will be applied to all non-faulty returns.
3. Shipping Options for Return Items
When returning items, please notify us in advance and provide the tracking number to orders@pop-specs.com. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Important Notices
- We do not provide exchange frames for items damaged by customers.
- Customers requesting replacement frames are responsible for additional shipping costs.
5. Return Process
If you identify any damaged or faulty items, follow these steps:
- Contact our warehouse at orders@pop-specs.com to report the issue. Include all relevant information, such as order number, item number, and photographs.
- Await approval before sending back any items.
